This tool formats — it does not write. Everything in the file comes from what you type here. Rezly never generates experience, and that applies to this tool too.
Questions people ask
Structure a parser can follow. One column rather than a sidebar, no tables holding the layout, standard section headings like Experience and Education, bullets as real list items, and contact details as plain text in the body of the first page instead of in a header or a floating box. Fonts matter far less than people are told, and modern systems read PDFs perfectly well. The thing that reliably destroys a resume is a two-column template: many parsers read across the page rather than down each column, so your dates end up attached to the wrong employer.
No, and that is deliberate. Everything in the downloaded file is text you typed. There is no model here suggesting bullets or padding your skills with things that sound right for your job title, because a tool that generates resume content from a job title is generating experience you do not have — and you are the one who has to defend it in an interview. What this does is take words you can stand behind and put them in a container that survives parsing.
A .docx built for parsing: single column, standard headings, real Word list paragraphs, no tables, no text boxes, no headers or footers. It scores A on our own ATS checker, which would be embarrassing otherwise.
